Individual Entrepreneur Dennis Yildiz (ID 305878299, Tbilisi, Georgia), operating ppcads.agency, provides advertising management services only for legitimate businesses whose products and ads comply with applicable law and Google and Meta advertising policies.

We do not work with: gambling and betting, adult content, cryptocurrency, ICO, forex or binary options, unlicensed financial services, nutraceuticals and “miracle” health products, weapons, tobacco and vape, CBD and drugs, counterfeit goods, MLM and get-rich-quick schemes, dating and escort services, or any business requiring policy circumvention.

We do not sell, rent or transfer advertising accounts, do not top up advertising accounts, do not accept or forward client ad budgets, and do not use cloaking or any technique to bypass platform reviews.

We verify every client (company name, registration number, website, beneficial owner) before starting work and may refuse or terminate service at our discretion, with a refund of unused fees.
