1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://ppcads.agency (the “Site”) and the purchase of any digital marketing services offered on it (the “Services”). By placing an order, submitting a brief or booking a call you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you act on behalf of a business, and that you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Description of Services

We provide business-to-business digital marketing services, including Google Ads setup, management and audits, Google Shopping and Merchant Center configuration, analytics and conversion tracking, paid-social campaign setup, landing-page and web design, SEO content optimisation and related consulting. All Services are delivered remotely and electronically. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

Each service page states the scope of work, the deliverables, the price and the estimated delivery time. Only the deliverables expressly listed are included. Advertising spend paid to Google, Meta or any other advertising platform is never included in our fees and is paid by you directly to the platform.

3. Orders, Prices and Payment

• Prices are displayed in euros (EUR). Taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price confirmed at checkout applies to your order.
• One-time projects are paid in full in advance. Monthly management plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis from the date of purchase until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card details. Charges appear on your statement as PPCADS.AGENCY (merchant: Individual Entrepreneur Dennis Yildiz).
• An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if we cannot deliver it, suspect fraud, or if the advertised products or services violate the policies of the advertising platforms.

4. Delivery and Timelines

Work begins after we have received (a) payment, (b) a completed brief and (c) the account access required for the Service (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Merchant Center, website or CMS access). Estimated delivery times are stated on each service page and typically range from 5 to 15 business days for one-time projects. Timelines are estimates; delays caused by missing access, late feedback or platform reviews (such as Merchant Center approval) extend the delivery date accordingly. Deliverables are provided electronically (reports, documents, configured accounts, files) to the email address on your order.

5. Monthly Plans, Renewal and Cancellation

Monthly plans renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your account area or by emailing [email protected]; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. Where a plan includes a revenue-share component, it is calculated on attributed revenue reported by the advertising platform for the billing month and invoiced separately. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, timely feedback and the access we need, and keep your own accounts secure.
• Ensure that your products, website and advertising comply with applicable laws and the policies of Google, Meta and other platforms. We are not responsible for account suspensions caused by your products, content or history.
• Pay all advertising spend directly to the platform.

7. Results and No Guarantee

We use industry best practices and our experience to improve your advertising performance, but results such as sales, ROAS, rankings or lead volume depend on many factors outside our control (your market, offer, website, budget, platform algorithms and policies). Figures shown on this Site are illustrative of past results and are not a guarantee of future performance. Nothing in these Terms is a promise of specific results.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you (campaign structures, ad copy, creatives, landing pages, reports). We retain ownership of our methods, templates, know-how and pre-existing materials and may reference the project in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. You grant us a limited licence to use your brand assets solely to deliver the Services.

9. Confidentiality and Data

We treat your business and account data as confidential and use it only to deliver the Services. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or losses resulting from advertising-platform decisions, outages or policy changes. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a monthly plan in accordance with Section 5. We may suspend or terminate Services immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if continuing would violate law or platform policies. Sections 7–11 survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] so that we can try to resolve the matter informally within 30 days. Consumers in the EU/UK retain any mandatory rights under their local law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its “last updated” date. Continued use of the Site or Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
